Mary Francis Bratton 80 of Bauxite passed away on August 18, 2010. Mary was born on April 13, 1930 to the late Vernon and Gladys Hicks in Bauxite, Arkansas. Mrs. Bratton enjoyed doing ceramics and selling them at the Gun and Knife Show. She loved NASCAR and was Dale Earnhart Jrs. #1 Fan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 35 years, John Bratton. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene Allen and three grandchildren; Dana Michelle Allen, Deanna Page and Hope Antram.
Ms. Bratton is survived by her sons; Harlan and Hoyt Page, both of Bauxite, three daughters; Diane Cooper and her husband, Lafe of Bauxite, Vera Knight, also of Bauxite and Judy Dorssett and her husband, Gene of Long View, Tx, and her son-in-law, David Allen. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. and a host of other friends and relatives that will miss her spirit.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00a.m., Saturday at the Mars Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Bauxite
