Neva Ruth Phillips, 77, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 20th, 2018. She was born to Harry and Mildred Sargent in Mansfield, New York. She was known for her craft work. She loved making her own greeting cards.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Harold Phillips.

She is survived by her children, Gayle Tate (Edison), Pamela Thomas (Clifford), Steven Hansen (Anne), and Sean Hansen; grandchildren; her best friend, Gloria Wright; along with other family and friends who love and miss her dearly.
