Norma Elaine Burke, 94, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018. She was born to the late Virgil and Verna Harper on Tuesday, August 7, 1923 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She liked to work with her hands by sewing and crocheting. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was of Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joseph Burke.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Diana Wilks and her husband, Paul Phillips; son, Virgil Burke and his wife, Rose; seven grandchildren, Joseph, Suzanne, Amanda, Shaun, Morgan, Matthew, and Patrick; five great grandchildren, Logan, Tate, Seraphina, Atleigh, and Ayden; three foster grandchildren, Nicole, Toni, and Faith; along with a host of family and friends who love and miss her dearly.

Private services will be held at a later date.
