Ottis Gifford Bailey, Jr., 60, of Lonsdale, Arkansas passed away on February 24, 2019. He was born to Ottis G. Bailey, Sr. and Virginia Bailey on October 1, 1958 in Tennessee. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He spent 20+ years with Union Pacific Railroad. He was such a people person who loved to make people laugh! He loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rita Darby; niece, Andrea Jones.

Remaining to share memories are his sons, Ottis Gifford Bailey III (Lori) and Jeff Bailey (Rachel) of Cave City, Arkansas; grandchildren, Skyla, Ottis "Bubba", Hannah, Nova, and Garrett; two great grandchildren, McKenzie and Adelynn; two sisters, Judy Davidson and Patsy Harrison; brother, Ricky Dale Bailey (Becky); along with numerous friends and other family who love and miss him dearly.

The celebration of life will be held Friday, March 1, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with the visitation one hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
