Patsy Manell Dempsey 83 of Haskell passed away on June 11 2020. Born to Bill and Exie Mosley on March  5th 1937 in Water Valley Mississippi.Joining her Heavily family that perceded her in death, along with her parents, son Garry Dempsey granddaughter Mandy Dempsey. 2 brothers, James and Wallace Mosley 2 Sisters Joyce Mosley and Earl Gardener. Daughter in Law Kathy Dempsey. Pasty was retired from the Arkansas Health Center Center and was a member of Newlife Assembly of God church. Patsy is survived by her soul mate of 70 years Claudie, son's Rodger Dempsey,  William Dempsey, (Leona) Stanley (Denise). Rockey Dempsey. Grandchildren Matt, Keith, Sam and Roxanne Dempsey, Ashley Burton, Crystal Robert Brother Billie Joe Mosley.  Pat lived for her son's and grandchildren. She will forever in our hearts.
