Obituary
Phillip Eugene Chavis, 69, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away on February 27, 2019. He was born to the late John and Mildred Chavis on January 18, 1950 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
He is survived by his brother, Guy Chavis; sister, Bobbie Christensen; along with numerous other family and friends who love and miss him dearly.
Funeral services are undetermined.
