Phyllis Gonsalves 51, of Haskell passed away March 16, 2009 at Saline Memorial Hospice.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Joe Gonsalves of Haskell; a son, Dustin Dozier; her father, Thomas Moore; one grandson, Skyler Dozier; a granddaughter, Lauren Devries; her sister, Shirley Berry of Texas; a niece, Brandi Baxley and Shirley's grandchildren; Toy and Raymond.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home , 4212 Hwy 5N, Bryant. 501-847-9099
