Ralph J.M. Puckett, 81, of Alexander, Arkansas, met his Lord and Savior face to face on May 6, 2026.
Born on September 14, 1944, in Benton, Arkansas, Ralph was the son of Ralph Puckett and Melba Puckett, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his three sisters, Delores Puckett, Joyce Puckett, and Linda Pelton.
Ralph was a proud Vietnam veteran who faithfully served his country. Following his military service, he worked for Alcoa, where he later retired. He then went on to operate his own painting business.
After retirement, Ralph and his beloved wife enjoyed many days spent fishing, hunting, horse racing, cruising, and gathering with family and friends. He was a member of Christ Church in Alexander, Arkansas.
Ralph’s greatest catch was the love of his family, and his legacy will live on in every sunset over the water and every family gathering filled with his stories.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 58 years, Vickie Parish Puckett; his children, Michelle Puckett, Melissa Puckett Newcomb and husband Ryan, and Adam Puckett and wife Nina; his four grandsons, Cole Rusher, Brenan Newcomb, Kamron Puckett, and Landon Ball; as well as extended family members and many dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 19, 2026, at Christ Church, 11800 Vimy Ridge Road, Alexander, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., with services beginning at 3:00 p.m.
