Robert Duff Buchanan, 75, of Hensley, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. He was born November 29, 1943 in Prescott, Arkansas to the late H.J. and Jewell Buchanan. Robert was a dedicated family man. He loved his family and had a passion for hunting, fishing, and gardening. He worked for Orbit Valve for over 33 years and was a member of Fairview Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, George, Duane, and Harold Buchanan.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Charlcie Taylor Buchanan; three children, Tina Buchanan Potter (Ben), Robert "Bubba" Shawn Buchanan (Monrella), Toby Buchanan (Rebecca); eight grandchildren, Amanda Garner (Matt), Melissa Ellington (Shane), Kimberly Newlon (Patrick), Emily Buchanan, Abby Buchanan, Gunner Cole Buchanan, Taylor Hunt, Ashlin Buchanan; five great-grandchildren, Haven Ellington, Emalynn Ellington, Raelee Newlon, Dean Newlon, Iyla Hunt; siblings, Linda Allen (Steve) and Sam Buchanan; along with other extended family and friends who love and miss him dearly!

A visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Thursday, April 25, 2019, then the celebration of life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 26, 2019 all at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. The burial will follow at Salem Cemetery.
