Robert Houston Keenzel JR, age 74 of Hensley, passed away on January 27, 2018. He was born on January 3, 1944 in Sweet Home, Arkansas to the late, Robert and Wilma Keenzel. Robert loved to work on his land and was an avid deer hunter. He loved to play with his dogs and could often be found feeding his fish. Mr. Keenzel was very proud of his military career. He was deployed to Vietnam twice, served in Korea and later, in Desert Storm. He retired after over 20 years of service to his country.

Mr. Keenzel leaves behind a daughter, Hanna Kathleen Keenzel of Hensley; son, Robert D. Keenzel of Mabelvale; sisters, Linda Sue Smith (Jack) of St. Charles, MO, Patsy Bocksnick of Little Rock, and Evelyn Baker (Benny) of Hensley; brother, Bobby Keenzel (Sharon) of Jacksonville, AR; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; as well as a host of family and friends who all love and will miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home on Friday February 2, 2018 at 11:00AM, with visitation the night prior from 6-8PM at the funeral home.

Bro. George Yarberry will officiate, and interment will take place at Salem Cemetery in East End, AR.
