Obituary
Roger D. Sims 67 of Alexander passed away on September 5, 2011. He was born on May 14, 1944 to Robert and Verna Sims. Roger enjoyed working on old cars and entertaining his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Verna Sims.
Roger is survived by his wife, Wanda Sims; one son, Ty Sims; two step-sons; William David Beard (Yolanda), Ronald Nolan Beard (Holly); granddaughters; Jessica Williams, Melanie Sims, Kimberly Beard, Brittany Montgomery; one grandson, Ronnie Beard JR; one sister, Sue Galahar and one brother, Jack Sims.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. Service will be Friday, September 9, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. To sign Roger's online guest book visit www.dialanddudleyfuneralhome.com.
