Obituary
Roy Kenneth Roberts, age 76, of Little Rock, a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed from this life on September 27, 2009 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was born December 28, 1932 in McCrory, Arkansas to Lemual E. and Irene Chapman. He was retired from the United States Air Force and served in the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Victoria Louise Roberts, Brother, Walter Roberts and sister, Marveline Stites.
Mr. Roberts is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Mary Roberts of Little Rock, Debra Wilkes (Whit), Teresa Waters, Harry Shupe (Beth) all of Texas, Jeff Roberts of TN, Tommy Roberts (Diane) of Florida, Rhonda Hatfield (Wayne) of LA, Sherry Huhmann (Stan) of NE, Tim Roberts (Peggy) of Scott. Sister, Lottie Holiday of Little Rock, special aunt, Betty Armstrong of MS along with 29 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends who love him and will miss him dearly.
A gathering of remembrance will be held from 1-3p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, (501) 847-9099
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
