Ruby Jean Palmer, age 66, of Alexander, Arkansas entered into her eternal rest on Saturday, April 18, 2009. She is preceeded in death by her mother, Alice Patricia Rupe Adcock. She is survived by her father, James W. Farrer and stepmother Mary Farrer of Rison, Arkansas; her children Denise Palmer-Stearman of Enterprise, Alabama; Dana Hargis and son-in-law Thomas Hargis of Lawrenceburg, KY; and Jimmy D. Palmer, Jr. of Alexander, AR. Sisters Judy Free of Newport, AR, Ella Hammons of Atkins, VA; Darlene Adcock of Crawfordsville, AR; Diann Jones and brother-in-law Ricky Jones of Monroe, LA; brothers James Ronald Farrer and sister-in-law Donna of Rison, AR; Ricky Wayne Farrer and sister-in-law, Mary of Maumelle, AR; and James Dwaynn Adcock and sister-in-law Debra Adcock of Zephyrhills, FL. Four grandchildren, Nena Hill, Christopher Stearman, Theresa Barrett and Ryan Hargis; four great grandchildren and a multitude of neices, nephews and friends. She worked at Napa Auto Parts until her retirement in 2006. I wasn't sure what else to include. She loved animals especially birds and dogs. Loved flowers, gardening and being outdoors until her illness. She wanted any donations to be made to any local Humane Society.

The family will recieve friends at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5N in Bryant from 1PM until 2:30PM,Wednesday April 22, 2009.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 3:30PM Wednesday April 22, 2009 at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
