Ruth Charlene Reedy, born on September 13, 1949, in Ada, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was 76 years old.

Ruth was a devoted member of Oak Grove First Assembly of God Church, where her faith and fellowship were an important part of her life. Her spiritual commitment was a guiding force throughout the years and a source of strength to those around her.

She was a proud graduate of Southern Arkansas University Magnolia School of Nursing, where she earned her Associate Degree in Science. Ruth dedicated her career to serving others as a registered nurse and later retired from the V.A.

Ruth was the beloved mother of Michael Meyer and his wife Tiffany, and Richard Meyer and his wife Kathleen. She cherished her role as grandmother to Jamie and Abigail Meyer, finding great joy in their lives and accomplishments.

She is also remembered with love by her brothers Ernest Reedy and his wife Kathy, and David Reedy and his wife Patricia. Her extended family includes nieces and nephews Shannon, Sean, Robbie, Micah, Jacob, and Rebekah, along with great-nieces and great-nephews Patrick, Emma, Noel, Catherine, Nathan, Gus, Lili, and Henry. Each one held a special place in her heart.

Ruth was preceded in death by her father Robert H. Reedy, her mother Edna Marie Reedy, and her brother Robert M. Reedy.

Ruth's life was marked by enduring love for her family and unwavering faith. Her kindness, strength, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to those whose lives she blessed.

Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, December 9,2025, at 12:00 P.M. with her visitation one hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
