Samantha Beatrice Pemberton born June 9,1986 in Little Rock, Arkansas went to her heavenly home January 5,2024 surrounded by her family.  She was a strong, loving mother to three beautiful girls, a loving sister, and a devoted daughter whose faith in God carried her through until the end of her fight. Sam's love for life and her family was undeniable.

Sam is proceeded in death by her dad Earnest James Monhead, Grandparents William (Beatrice) Brown, Bob Blankenship, Ernie (Judy) Monhead and several other family members.

Sam is survived by Parents Barbara and Bobby Blankenship. Daughters Kylee, Kaylor and River Jean.  Brothers Michael(Miranda), James (Katie),  Sisters Emily and Farren, Nana Phyllis, Fiancée Travis Evans and a host of nieces, nephews, Family and Friends.

We would also like to extend a special thanks to the CVICU team at St. Vincent for all their love and Support.

Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
