Sharon Anne Kemp 70 of Little Rock treasured wife and mother passed away on August 15, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born on November 7, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to the late, George and Georgiana Medal. Sharon attended Mabelvale High School then continued her education at Little Rock University (now UALR) earning a teaching degree. She taught for several years as an elementary teacher then forgo to raise her three children. Sharon was a lifelong member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. Christ and her love of family were her greatest joys.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Gus Kemp; two daughters, Patricia Aureli (Richard) and Debra White (Jay); son, George Kemp (Melissa); three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Andrea Price (Gary) and a host of family and friends who loved and will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Celebration of life will be Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
