Sharon Pittman 74, of Hensley passed away on September 12, 2020 with her family by her side.  She was born on March 10, 1946 to the late, James and Nora Nickens in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She enjoyed word searches, fishing, riding motorcycles and going dancing.  Her favorite past times was going dancing.  Spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Edwin Palmer; granddaughter, Hannah Grace Palmer and brother, Thomas Nickens.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, George Pittman; daughter, Tonya Ferrell and her husband, Tim; two grandchildren, Madalyn and Grant Ferrell; grandson, Matthew Palmer; sister, Nan Burns and her husband, David; nephews, Robert and Carter Branstetter and a host of friends and family who all love her and will miss her dearly.
