Teresa Verna (Doan) Wilson, 69, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born to the late, George Oscar Doan and Sarah Irene (Gilbert) Doan, on Friday, February 11th, 1955, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Teresa loved her job at Pleasant Valley Rehab and Nursing Home; it was a calling. She was such a caring person and loved caring for others. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed spending her time fishing and cooking for her family. She loved her family unconditionally, without a doubt.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving son, William "Skeeter" Garrison; brother, George Thomas Doan; and sister, Donna Gail Smith.

She is survived by her loving son, Rick Austin Garrison; brother, James Doan (Linda); sister, Barbara Gordon (Rickey); brother-in-law, John Smith; sister-in-law, Kelley Capleaner; special boys, Thomas and Kristopher Doan; granddaughters, Kendall and Autumn Doan; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Woodson Cemetery in Woodson, Arkansas.

Pallbearers include Thomas Doan, Kris Doan, Daniel Davis, Mason Copeland, Dan Davis, and Matt Hanig.

Honorary Pallbearers are Jacob Davis and Johnny Wilson.
