Terry Lee Mullinax Sr., 58, of Benton, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 after a brave battle with cancer. He was born to Elmer and Cora Mullinax on Thursday, September 3, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He loved fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and playing the guitar.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Monroe, Larry, and Woodrow Mullinax; sister, Sylvia Rambo.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Janice Mullinax; two children, Brandy Capps (Gene) and Terry Mullinax, Jr.; brother, Johnny Mullinax; four sisters, Carol Blakely, Cathy Jackson, Connie Longinotti, and Redenia Motes; along with a host of family and friends who love and miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held at Fellowship of the Cross Worship Center at 3904 Edison Ave, Benton, AR 72015 on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 12:00PM.
