Tina Ann Tucker Coggins went to be with the Lord on January 1. She was born May 29, 1960 in Rock Hill, South Carolina to James L Tucker and Merle P Tucker. Tina will be lovingly remembered by her husband, James Kendall "Ken" Coggins, his daughter Lauren Elizabeth Payne and husband Jordan of Little Rock, AR, 1 grandson Adoniram Payne, 1 brother, Tony Tucker and wife Kim of Rock Hill, SC, nephew Jamie Tucker and wife Kristin of Columbus, GA, great-nephew Rawls Tucker, nephew Colton Tucker, mother-in-law, Patricia Coggins, many treasured friends, and her beloved dog, Tuck. She was preceded in death by her parents, James "Jim" and Merle Tucker. Tina was known for many things-her one of a kind southern drawl, her beautiful singing voice, her contagious laugh, her generous heart, her timely words of encouragement, and most of all, the love she had for her savior, Jesus Christ. She pointed everyone she met to the hope that is in Him. She saw the best in people, encouraged them to walk in faith, and modeled what it is to give thanks in all circumstances. The family has been so moved by the love, support, and sweet testimonies of Tina's life they've received since her passing. Due to Covid -19, they are having a small, private service at Otter Creek Assembly of God Church that you may view on their Facebook page or YouTube channel, using the links below. The service will stream live on Saturday, January 9th, at 3:00pm central time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts be given to Otter Creek Assembly, the church home that Ken and Tina so love, or to their daughter and son in law, who will be serving in South Asia sharing the hope and peace of Jesus.
