Tina Marie Jarvis, 59, of Gurdon, Arkansas, passed away on March 10, 2026. She was born on July 10, 1966, in Monticello, Arkansas, to Jesse and Judy Carol Jenkins.

Tina, known everywhere as “Mama Tina,” was a woman of beautiful kindness and strength, both inside and out. She carried one of the biggest hearts you could ever encounter and had a way of making friends with anyone who crossed her path. To know her was to feel welcomed. To be around her was to feel light. She truly was the joy of any occasion.

In her spare time, Tina loved being with her dogs, often found on the floor loving them and playing. She also enjoyed watching her favorite shows, especially The Price is Right, and she loved her some Bob Barker. She and her grandchildren even became quite the experts at it. Those simple, joyful moments meant everything to her.

If you didn’t find Tina in the Monette community, you could be sure she was in the Gurdon community, surrounded by the people she loved most. Family and friends were the center of her world, and she poured her love into each and every one of them.

Tina loved deeply, and she was deeply loved in return. Her presence will forever live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Brent Dale Jarvis; her daughter, Jessica Carol Jenkins; her brother, Brian Jenkins; and her parents, Jesse Jenkins and Judy Carol Jenkins.

Tina leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Russell Jarvis and his fiancée, Nawnie Brown; Krystal Jarvis and her boyfriend, Michael Moreland; and Jessica Lynn Vesecky and her husband, Karl Vesecky.

She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: Oliver and Emily Vesecky, Jodan and Pierce Jarvis, and Nolan’s Stevens.

Tina is further survived by her siblings, Tony and Jennifer Jenkins, and her stepmother, Judy Jenkins, along with a host of extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.

Mama Tina will always remain in our hearts. Her love, her laughter, and her light will never be forgotten.
