Tonna Deeon Masters Jackson, age 56, passed away on April 8, 2026. She was born on November 21, 1969, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Donald Ray Masters and Martha Jo Masters.
Tonna was united in marriage to Chris “CJ” Jackson on November 15, 2002, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Together, they shared many cherished years filled with love, laughter, and companionship.
Tonna had a deep love for her family, which was evident in all that she did. In recent years, she especially treasured the time spent at home, where she delighted in spoiling her beloved grandchildren and her pups. Affectionately known as “T-Tone,” she held a special bond with them and loved them dearly.
She also had a lifelong love for animals, particularly her dogs—Rex, Dougie, and the newest addition, Emmie—who she considered her babies. Having worked for many years in veterinary care, Tonna’s compassion for animals was a defining part of her life.
A gifted and creative spirit, Tonna found joy in crafting and took great pleasure in sharing her talents with others. She had a fondness for Disney, Winnie the Pooh, and Boyd Bears, and her love for decorating was reflected beautifully throughout her home. She also had an adventurous side shown by her sky diving and snorkeling trips. Tonna also cherished her time with her husband, Chris, whether traveling, exploring new places, or simply enjoying a peaceful drive together.
She is survived by her loving husband, Chris Jackson; her son, Kane Jackson; and her treasured grandchildren, Lilliana Jackson, Audriana Jackson, and Nehemiah “Mac” Jackson. She is also survived by her brother, Eddie Masters and his wife, Becqui; and her sister, Donna Miller, along with nieces and nephews.
Tonna is preceded in death by her brother, David Ray Masters; her parents, Donald Ray Masters and Martha Jo Masters; and her grandparents, Walter and Eunice Masters, and Zelmer and Jewell Carlile.
Tonna will be remembered for her warmth, creativity, and the deep love she had for her family and all who knew her. Her memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
The Celebration of Life will be at Family Church Bryant on Friday, 4/17 at 1 pm in the TNT building.
