Tory Vaun Allen, 56, of Little Rock, Arkansas, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 28th, 2023. He was born to the late, Willard Glenn Allen and Joyce Arlene (Bilyeu) Allen, on Thursday, June 1st, 1967, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Tory was a very joyous, free spirited, unique person who had a zest for life. He never met a stranger. He was a very loving brother, uncle, friend, and confidant to many who loved and cherished him deeply. His favorite past time was reading the bible, listening to music, playing his guitar, and fishing. Tory was always smiling and was very witty. He was the life of the party. Tory was a plumber for B & R plumbing in Little Rock, Arkansas. He also was a handy man at Surrett Trucking Company.

He is survived by his two sisters, Meki Glyn Allen Terry (Jackie) of Damascus, Arkansas and Jaylene Harris Butler (Frank) of Little Rock, Arkansas; along with other family and lifelong friends who all love him and will remember his warm presence and gentle spirit for eternity.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Gene Davis officiating at First Baptist Church of Shannon Hills: 10701 Shannon Hills Drive, Shannon Hills, Arkansas 72103.
