Tracy Lee Balsam, 54 of Roland, Arkansas passed away on July 19, 2019.  He was born on February 15, 1965 to Bert and Elizabeth in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Tracy enjoyed working in his garden, fishing and traveling.  He had a special love for his dogs throughout the years.  His greatest times were spent with his daughter and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Balsam.

Tracy is survived by his loving daughter, Kristina Treadwell "Tim"; four grandchildren, Jeffery, Elizabeth, Tabitha and Samantha; father, Bert Balsam; sister, Kathy OBannon "Steve"; brother, Alan Balsam "Jo Blair"; five nieces and nephews, Lindsay, Ryan, Jessica, Catherine and Grace and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
