Obituary

Tr acy Gene Bennett, 56, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023. He was born to, Harold and Linda Bennett, on Monday, November 14, 1966, in Forrest City, Arkansas. Tracy was a very personable and outgoing man. He never met a stranger and had many friends who he loved. Anyone who knew him, knew how kind and caring he could be. He achieved many things in this life, such as working at Family Life Ministries for 26 years, being an auctioneer, being a ham radio operator, went to Williams Baptist College, and graduated from the Arkansas School for the Blind; but the one thing he was most proud of was his love for the Lord. He was a minister who gave his life to God.

He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Bennett; grandfather, Albert Bennett; grandmother, Helen Bennett; grandfather, Virgil Barnett; grandmother, Vera Barnett; and his first wife, Melinda.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Bennett; mother, Linda Kirkemier; stepfather, Soloman Washam; stepdaughter, Trina Neer; sister, Tiffany Bennett Bloss; brother, Shane Bennett; sister, Kim Carter; sister, Sonni Martin; nephew, Blaine Bloss and his wife, Nicole; niece, Lynn Bloss; five great nieces and nephews; along with numerous family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.

His celebration of life will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 2:00 P.M at Life Line Baptist Church on Baseline.
