Vernon Eugene Copeland who was an avid adventurer and world traveler died at the age of 75 on January 21, 2012. "Vern" was born in Madison, Nebraska on August 22, 1936. He is survived by his children, Kim and West and his grandchild, Lily. Vern's seductive smile and indomitable spirit will be missed not only by his family but by his special "navigators", his beloved canine companions, Ambush and Bandit and by numerous dear friends.
