Violet "Toddy" Barlow of Mabelvale passed away on March 16, 2017. She was born on March 25, 1932 to the late, Bud and Velma Tilley. She loved sewing, needle work, gardening, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Bryant Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Joseph Barlow; and brother, Joe Wayne Tilley.
She is survived by her loving husband of thirteen years, Charles Phelps; four daughters, Judy Johnson (Terry), Keiko Saturno (Steven), Sandi Paul and Christie Barlow (Bill); son, Robby Layton; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Glenda, Sissy and Phyllis; brother, Buddy Tilley, and a host of family and friends who all love and will miss her dearly.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant.
