IN LOVING MEMORY OF
William "Billy"
Ledbetter
September 15, 1954 – January 29, 2022
William "Billy" Ledbetter, 67, of Benton, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022. He was born to the late, Luther "Snooks" and Pauline Ledbetter, on Wednesday, September 15, 1954, in Benton, Arkansas. Throughout his life, his passion was janitorial work. He also was a truck driver. Billy absolutely loved music, and he loved recording music. He was definitely an Elvis Presley fan. He also was an avid collector who enjoyed collecting model cars and vinyl records. He enjoyed spending his days going to thrift stores, tinkering on anything he could get his hands on, and socializing. He was such a people person. His life was so full of people who loved him, and he loved them back. He loved talking to people and sharing stories. He was always teasing and making jokes, and he never met a stranger! His biggest loves were drawing and playing pool. He was so creative and such a fun person, but nothing compared to his family. His greatest inspiration was taking care of his family—especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Billy was a fighter. He never gave up, even at the end. He will be truly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents; late wife, Thressa Ledbetter; and his best friends, Randy Child, Everett Stout, and Jimmy Stout.
He is survived by his significant other of 14 years, Nancy Ledbetter; son, Brian Ledbetter and his wife, Allison; daughter, Joani Ward; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Edward Ledbetter; four sisters, Linda Davis, Mary Lou Pierce, Ruth Hill, and Rebecca Lovell; along with a host of other family and friends who all love and will miss him dearly.
