William Eugene Reeves, 74, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018.  He was born July 3, 1944 to Hazel and Geneva Reeves in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He was the owner and operator of Reeves' Dozer Service for nearly 40 years in Bryant.  William loved being outside - fishing for bream, deer hunting, or working from the seat of his bulldozer.  He liked being at the deer camp to socialize even more than for the hunting!  He enjoyed being around people everywhere he went, and he especially looked forward to getting together with his buddies to play cards on Wednesdays.  There will be an empty chair at the card table next week.

William is preceded in death by his parents; son, Dewayne Merritt; three brothers; and one sister.

Remaining here to retell his many stories are his wife of 38 years, Rovilla Henry Reeves; children: John Reeves, Kendra Weaks, Darryl Merritt, and Paul Merritt; grandchildren: Jessica Merritt, Ashley Bright (Jacob), John William Reeves Jr., Alison Caldwell (Blake), Jacquelyn Daugherty, Karmen Merritt, Taylor Reeves, Russell Moore, Christopher Moore, and Dalton Moore; nine great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends who will miss him.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M., Monday, November 26, 2018 at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Arkansas.
