William Fredrick Rowe, 67 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018. He was born to the late, Herman and Ovie Lee Rowe on Monday, March 12, 1951 in Dumas, Arkansas. He enjoyed working on cars and carpentry. He loved working with his hands. He loved going to the lake and driving his boat. He loved spending time with his family. He retired from the State of Arkansas. He proudly served in the United States Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers.

He is survived by his three children, Will Fetters, Bo Rowe (Marla), and Jennifer Rowe; three grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters; a host of friends and family who love and miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held at One Life Church on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 10:30AM. The church is located at 10800 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72204.
