William Jeffrey Turner, known to his loved ones as Jeff, passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 62 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born on February 27, 1961, in California, Jeff was a beloved member of his community.

Jeff had a passion for storytelling, often sharing tales from his days working with the Teamsters Union and meeting celebrities. He also enjoyed driving big trucks and owned and operated Little Rock Movers for many years. Jeff's love for life was evident through his musical talents as he sang and played the harmonica.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Selma Vines, his father, William Turner jr, his sisters, Lendy Grauel (Phillip), Landy Vines, Mary (Joel) Broach, Sherry (Dewane) Funderburg, his brother, Scot Turner, his children, Katheryn Turner and Mysti Turner, and his grandson, Denny Preston.  Aunts and uncles, Mary (Joel) Broach, Sherry (Dewane) Funderburg, Sam (Linda) Jones, And Steve (late Nancy) Jones. Jeff is also survived by many nieces and nephews who adored his sense of humor and his stories.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Katheryn Alice Turner, William Warren Turner, Berma Jones and JB (Sybil) Jones, Aunt and Uncle, Shelby (David) George and a bonus dad Carl Lynn Vines.

In his free time, Jeff found solace in fishing and singing, hobbies that brought him joy and relaxation.

Memorial services to celebrate Jeff's life will be held at Smyrna Church on March 2nd at 1:00. We have entrusted Dial and Dudley in Bryant with cremation arrangements.

Jeff's warm personality and zest for life touched the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. May his memory live on in the stories and music he shared with the world.
