William David Brown 77 of Bauxite, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 19, 2016. He was born March 5, 1938 to Roy Lee Brown and Lou Brock Brown in Piney, Arkansas.
He loved his family with his whole heart and especially his grandkids. He loved tinkering with his old cars in his shop with his sons and grandson. He enjoyed fishing, feeding and taking care of his stray cats, NASCAR, Razorback Hogs and all sports. David was a member of New Beginning's Bible Church and one of his favorite things was to aggravate Tom Barnes and Johnny Greer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Anna L. Brown.
He is survived by his two sons, Keith and Carlton Brown (Shelley); seven grandchildren, Lindsay, Cheyenne, Dakota, Brennan, Claire, Lacey and Jordyn; one great grandchild, Raelynn; one sister, Eva Browning; NASCAR buddy, Harland Paige and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Mars Hill Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Brother Albert Wyllia and Carlton Brown, his son will be officiating.
