Barbara Jean Pritchard Folsom went to be with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the age of 74. She was born May 28, 1943 in Scott, AR. She graduated from Joe T. Robinson High School in 1961. She worked various places throughout her lifetime; as a parts person at Rol-lift, as an office worker at Sterling Store and as a Teacher's Assistant in the Little Rock School System. She was a very talented Craftswoman and owned her own craft business, "B & B Crafts".
She was a member of Western Hills Methodist Church and loved her church family very much. Her love for God radiated from her and was solid, unwavering and undaunted. She did a lot of volunteer work with the Church for the Homeless. She was a very giving and loving person who never met a stranger.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Pritchard and Dorothy Mae White Pritchard; two brothers, Raymond Pritchard and Bobby Pritchard; two sisters, June Lewis and Della Joyce Harris; and one son, Danny Allen Folsom.
She is survived by two brothers, Billy Pritchard (Darlene), Carl Pritchard (Margie); three sisters, Geri Drennan, Loyce Nichols Sternhagen and Margaret Bridgeman (Homer); one son, Bobby Folsom Jr (Tina); one daughter, Dottie Folsom Bradford (Les); six grandchildren, Billy Folsom (fiancé Olisia Long), Brian Folsom (fiancé Amira Abdin), Jacquelyn Daughtery (Grant), Karmen Merritt, Leif Folsom and Zach Folsom; four great grandchildren, Kelvin Folsom, Phoebe Folsom, Kaiser Daugherty, and Aleksander Folsom; and lots of Nephews and Nieces. She will be missed greatly and forever loved. A void that can never be filled. May she rest in peace.
A celebration of life will be held at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home (4212 Hwy 5, Bryant, AR 72022) on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 12:00PM with visitation one hour prior. Interment is at Pinecrest Memorial Park (7401 Hwy 5, Alexander, AR 72022).
The Family Gathering will follow immediately after burial at 401 Suncrest St, Bryant, AR 72022.
