Sam Wilburn Neal, Sr., 78, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022. He was born to the late, George and Mildred (Brotherton) Neal, on Tuesday, April 25, 1944, in England, Arkansas. In his spare time, he really enjoyed fishing and picking up aluminum cans, but most of all, spending time with his family. Sam always loved giving everyone—especially his family, a hard time!

He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife of 55 years, Norma Eva Mae Neal; three brothers, George, Dotsey, and Doc Neal; and two sisters, Bertha and Mary.

He is survived by his two loving sons, Sam Neal, Jr. and his wife, Conni, and Paul Neal and his wife, Lavel; one grandson, Wade Neal; one great grandchild, Savvy Neal; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 20th, 2022, at 11:30 A.M. with the visitation the evening prior from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
