Retired SSG Roger Lee Chesney, 76, passed away peacefully at Southern Trace Rehabilitation and Care Center in Bryant, Arkansas.  Roger was a thirty-year veteran of the Army and served state-side during the Vietnam War. He was stationed at Fort Liberty, formerly Fort Bragg, in North Carolina.
