Folkner 78, of Benton, passed away October 7, 2020.  He was born to the late, John and Ellen Mae Folkner in Walkerton, Indiana on June 9, 1942.  He was the proud owner of Tom's Tavern in Southwest Little Rock for many years.  Thomas was a big supporter and fundraiser for the Arkansas Children's Hospital burn center.
